Sugar-free Low-carb Sherbet
Ingredients
- 2 4-serving packages of sugar-free fruit gelatin dessert
- 1 cup boiling water
- 2 cups cold water, divided

1 package Wise Choice Frozen Dessert Mix
Directions
Makes 16 3/4-cup servings.
Make sure that anything that touches either unwhipped mixture, including measuring spoons and cups, is grease-free.
1. Mix the sugar-free fruit gelatin desserts first with the cup of boiling water to dissolve and then a cup of cold water. Chill until thick but not set and then whip to a soft foam.
2. Place remaining cup of cold water in a one-quart glass or metal mixing bowl. Add Wise Choice Frozen Dessert Mix. With an electric mixer on LOW, mix until powder is dissolved. Scrape down sides of bowl.
3. Turn electric mixer to HIGH and whip for 2-4 minutes or until foam forms peaks.
4. Gently combine the two foams and freeze. Store, covered, in freezer
