Better Burgers

This recipe may seem bizarre, but it works: Our shortcut to juicy burgers is simply to add a little ThickenThin not/Sugar thickener to your burgers.

 

Directions

Gently mix ThickenThin not/Sugar thickener into ground beef, using two teaspoons per pound of meat. If you are going to freeze the patties, mix it in it before freezing. If you are using already-frozen and untreated patties, dust the outside lightly with ThickenThin not/Sugar thickener.
