Lowcarb Gravy
Directions
To make gravy, all you need to do is add a little ThickenThin not/Starch thickener to a flavorful liquid. Allow a few minutes to develop full strength.
Start with one teaspoon per cup of liquid. If it's not thick enough for your taste add a bit more and keep track of how much you prefer for the next time you make gravy.
