No-cook Chocolate Pudding
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup cold water
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon Wise Choice Pudding Mix
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- Pinch salt
- Sweetener equivalent to 2-3 tablespoons sugar, or to taste

1/2 tsp vanilla
Directions
Makes: 2 half-cup servings.
1. Pour water and cream into a blender container. Add remaining ingredients and process for 1 minute on blend setting.
2. Pour into serving dishes and chill before serving.
Can be made 1 day ahead.
