Sweet Lassi
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup full-fat yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream or sour cream
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon ThickenThin not/Sugar thickener
- Sweetener equivalent to 4 teaspoons sugar or to taste
- 1-2 drops rosewater or orange-flower water

1/2 cup crushed ice
Directions
Makes 1 serving.
1. In a blender combine all ingredients except ice. Blend. Add ice,and blend again.
Serve immediately.
Optional: add 1/8 cup mango or strawberry.
