Sweet Lassi

This drink, usually made from extra-creamy Indian yogurt, is delicious and refreshing.

 

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup full-fat yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream or sour cream
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon ThickenThin not/Sugar thickener
  • Sweetener equivalent to 4 teaspoons sugar or to taste
  • 1-2 drops rosewater or orange-flower water
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice

     

Directions

Makes 1 serving.

1. In a blender combine all ingredients except ice. Blend. Add ice,and blend again.

Serve immediately.

Optional: add 1/8 cup mango or strawberry.
