Pina Colada
Who would believe this sugar-free low-fat version of the classic rum drink is actually good for you! It's delicious with non-alcoholic rum flavoring, but you can make it with the real thing too.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon pineapple extract
- 1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
- 1/2 teaspoon rum extract
- Sweetener equivalent to 4 teaspoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon ThickenThin not/Sugar thickener
- 1/2 cup ice

Directions
Serves 2.
1. Combine ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend until frothy.
NOTE: If you like it very frothy, replace half the ThickenThin not/Sugar thickener with ThickenThin not/Cereal thickener.
