Salty Lassi
This drink, usually made from extra-creamy Indian yogurt, is delicious and refreshing. It cam also be made in a sweet version.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup full-fat yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream or sour cream
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon ThickenThin not/Sugar thickener
- Pinch salt
- Pepper, to taste
- Cumin, to taste

1/2 cup crushed ice
Directions
Makes 1 serving.
1. In a blender combine all ingredients except ice. Blend. Add ice,and blend again.
Serve immediately.
