Strawberry smoothie

These smoothies are delicious, and easy to make. Sugar-free, and full of soluble fiber: Start your day the right way!

 

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup full-fat yoghurt
  • 3 medium sized strawberries
  • Sweetener equivalent to 6 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ThickenThin not/Sugar thickener

     

Directions

Serves 1.

1. Combine ingredients in a blender.

2. Blend until frothy.

NOTES: Can be made with low-fat yoghurt, or other fruit - raspberries taste great!
